How does the AI posture analysis work?

TrackPose uses advanced AI technology to analyze your posture in real-time. Simply point your camera at yourself during an exercise, and our AI will provide instant feedback on your form, alignment, and posture. The analysis includes a score from 1-5 and specific suggestions for improvement.

Why does TrackPose need camera access?

Camera access is essential for TrackPose's core functionality. We use your camera to capture images for real-time posture analysis during exercises. All processing is done securely, and images are not stored unless you choose to save them.

How do I enable notifications?

When you first open TrackPose, you'll be prompted to allow notifications. You can also enable them later through your device's Settings app under TrackPose. Notifications help remind you to maintain good posture throughout the day.

Can I use TrackPose without an internet connection?

Some features require an internet connection for AI analysis. However, you can view your workout history, progress, and saved data offline. For the best experience, we recommend using TrackPose with an active internet connection.

How do I track my progress?

TrackPose automatically tracks your posture scores, workout history, and achievements. Visit the Progress tab to see your timeline, weekly summaries, and monthly reviews. Your data is stored locally on your device.

What exercises are supported?

TrackPose supports 32+ exercises across Upper Body and Lower Body categories, including Bench Press, Squats, Deadlifts, Pull-Ups, and many more. Each exercise has specific form guidance and posture analysis.

Is my data secure?

Yes! Your data privacy is important to us. Most data is stored locally on your device. When we use AI analysis, images are processed securely and not permanently stored. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
